Development

From simple documentation to the development of benchmarking systems and technical responsibility for large-scale healthcare research studies – together with our clients and project partners, we develop pragmatic solutions for clinics, professional societies and representatives from the drug and device-based patient care sector.

Consultant

Our services are not limited to the operation of the projects we run but can also be project management. This is how we make use of existing infrastructure and external applications or contribute through them – as required or integrated into an overall solution.

Networking

Our network includes experts from medicine, IT, tumour documentation producers, PROM providers and HIS (Hospital Information System) manufacturers. For our own developments, our programming team uses technologies such as NET/C#, SQL and Angular and develops individual applications according to customer requirements. IT infrastructure for care and clinical studies

We develop and manage IT infrastructures for international studies involving tens of thousands of patients and over 100 clinics. We make use of existing infrastructures in medical facilities, standardise medical data from different sources and ensure their quality.

We facilitate intelligent Add-On documentation and create interfaces between clinical and survey data.

Patient Reported Outcomes Measurements (PROM)

In recent years, subjective feedback from patients (Patient Reported Outcomes Measurements) has become increasingly important both for early diagnosis of deteriorating health and for comparing the quality of treatment with that offered by other hospitals. The services patients receive are relevant. We have developed digital infrastructures for PROM care research projects that are already established in over 150 hospitals. This is used to survey over 40,000 patients in the study. The results are sent to clinics in various forms (benchmarking reports, research dataset, patient-specific feedback).

With our solutions, we have standards in terms of quantity of study patients
and data while keeping costs low.

Harmonisation and standardisation of documentation environments

In medicine there are many documentation standards available. In various projects, we have tackled the task of harmonising data from different database and documentation environments and combining them into research databases. This not only prevents duplicate documentation: Our applications ensure data quality in the harmonisation process.

Benchmarking systems

For more than a decade, we have been developing measurement tools to describe treatment successes (and treatment failures). Based on our efficient IT infrastructure, we generate cost-effective annual reports available to over 1500 interdisciplinary care networks, which are used by clinics for quality development.

Consulting and support for IT projects in the healthcare sector

Digitalization in the healthcare sector is forcing medical institutions to make investment decisions in IT, either for individual research projects or for complex infrastructure measures. The number of vendors of various healthcare IT applications has become unmanageable, and managing these IT project partners requires extensive experience in IT development implementation processes.
Tender documents require very specific wording in this area. We support clinic staff in their training so that there is a precise expectation from everyone involved in the project. We accompany the implementation of these projects in all phases.
